Step-by-step instructions for using My tasks

  • Log-in to ReqMan.
  • Expand your project in the tree menu on the left.
  • Expand the Planning and time module in the tree menu.
  • Click My tasks.
  • Click the plan you want or click Select

You now see a list of all the tasks that have been allocated to you in this plan.

Tip: Click Time to register some time for a task and to update the estimated time you have left to complete the task.

Tip: Click Edit to change some of the information for a task or to link the task to other items in ReqMan like requirements, bugs/issues etc.

Click Up or Down to move your tasks or use the mouse to drag a task to a new position. Tip: If you are not the project manager you should probably not do this!

Click Delete to permanently delete a task from the plan. Tip: If you are not the project manager you should probably not do this!

Click New to create a new task as a sub-task for a task.Tip: If you are not the project manager you should probably not do this!
