Step-by-step instructions for using the plan manager

  • Log-in to ReqMan.
  • Expand your project in the tree menu on the left.
  • Expand the Planning and time module in the tree menu.
  • Click Plan manager.
  • Create a new plan or select an existing plan.

The selected plan is now shown.

Click Up or Down to move your tasks or use the mouse to drag a task to a new position.

Click Delete to permanently delete a task from the plan.

Click Edit to change some of the information for a task.

Click New to create a new task as a sub-task for a task.

Click Time to register some time for a task.

Tip: Use the selection criteria to only show the tasks or the time you want:

  • Show only tasks allocated to one user or to all users.
  • Show only completed tasks, open tasks or all tasks in the plan.
  • Only add actual time registrations for a specified user or for all users and show the total in the Actual column in the table.
  • Only add actual time registrations for a specified date interval and show the total in the Actual column in the table.

When changing the selection criteria click Refresh to only show the matching information in the plan.
