Step-by-step instructions for using the time manager

  • Log-in to ReqMan.
  • Expand your project in the tree menu on the left.
  • Expand the Planning and time module in the tree menu.
  • Click Time manager.
  • Click on an existing plan.
  • Click Search

The selected plan is now shown.

Click Delete to permanently delete a time registration.

Click Edit to change some of the information for a time registration.

Tip: Use the selection criteria to only show the time registrations you want:

  • Show only time registrations for one user or for all users.
  • Show only time registrations for a specified period, e.g. this month or week.
  • Show only time registrations for one billing code or for all billing codes.
  • Show only time registrations for one rate or for all rates.

When changing the selection criteria click Search to only show the matching information.

Tip: When you have selected all the data you want click Excel at the top to transfer the data to Excel for further data processing, reporting, billing etc.
