- Log-in to ReqMan.
- Expand your project in the tree menu.
- Expand the User module in the tree menu.
- Select Manager.
- Click on a group that contains users.
- Click on one of the listed users on the right.
- Click "Manage". The permissions that are currently assigned to the user are listed. When a user is first created, there are no permissions assigned.
- Select if you want to create permissions for the current project, specifications or requirements.
- Click “add permissions”.
- Tick "Reader" or "Admin" (write) permission. Tip: Because of inheritance, permissions added at a higher level are automatically applied at the lower level(s).
- Click save.
- Click Close.
